There are two classes to choose from, Pilates for All and Dynamic Pilates. Both classes can be practised by everyone. The difference here is, Dynamic Pilates is more strength focused workout. Both classes offer options to keep exercises at a level that suits you, whether it is gentle or a challenging workout, you are in control.

Pilates is often confused with yoga, which is actually very different. Pilates is a method that focuses on strengthening the body as a whole, reducing muscular imbalances and promoting joint mobility through flexibility. It is one of the most powerful forms of exercises as it is thoughtful, structured and disciplined. Pilates can be practised by ALL abilities and age.
The beauty of Pilates is that it can be challenging for everyone, be it your first lesson or your thousandth. It requires concentration and control and teaches you so much about how your body moves and works.
