Covering the core principles of Pilates. A 45 minute Pilates class focusing on the whole body. The session will help you to strengthen, tone and build strength through controlled movements. Target the muscles that support a powerful core for improved posture and strength that radiates from the inside-out. A perfect class for all abilities.

This class is all about Strength.
The class is designed to focus on building your strength throughout your body and improving your flexibility. The class is 45 minutes long and starts with a warm up, moving onto strength work and finishing off with stretches to leave you feeling taller, stronger and more mobile.

Private session is a tailored approach towards your body, overcoming specific injuries or postural problems or simply preferring a 121 or 122 (ideal for couples/family) experience. Offering individual private sessions in the comfort of your own home allows you to focus 100% on yourself. All sessions start with a consultation and medical questionnaire to understand you – your goals, medical history, posture, limitations and ability. This then forges the way to create a bespoke programme of sessions tailored specifically to you and your needs. Private sessions are specific to your body and is a hands on approach manipulating your body and aligning your posture in each move. After each private session you will receive home care exercises for you to practice between sessions to provide you with a continuous learning journey.

1 hour duration sessions
Pilates workshops will be offered seasonally to offer you the chance to practice Pilates face-to-face and benefit from postural and technique corrections. A great opportunity to enhance and fine tune your practice. Each Workshop will target a specific area such as healthy back, improving on your balance, strengthening your core, are some examples.
